Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days past delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please notify us immediately if there is an issue with your item(s). All returns must be pre-approved. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require prior approval, so please email us within the return timeframe at info@bcantiquemarket.com

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any previously sealed item that was opened, except for manufacture’s defect
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card through the processing company.

Damages

Items that arrive damaged must be noted immediately. Pictures of at least three different views of the item(s), all wrapping and packaging, and all sides of the shipping boxes must be submitted for insurance. We ship each item insured for the amount of the item, so the shipping company is responsible for issuing refunds for items damaged during shipping. We will happily assist with the process in any way we can, please understand that once an item is inspected and accepted by the shipping company the item and control is out of our hands. Items that are lost during shipping are the responsibility of the shipper and fall under the same shipping insurance. Once again, we will assist in all ways we can. We do not use drop boxes; we check each package with a clerk at the shipping company and will have receipts for each item showing check ins and other details.

Local Pickups and In Person Pickups

Check your items when picked up. We are not responsible for loss or damage once you sign for the item(s) and take full possession.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
