Rowling. JK – Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

We do not support JK Rowling and her views on humanity in any shape or form. All of our Harry Potter merchandise is purchased in a way that does not add to her coffers. We have had numerous discussions of carrying anything Rowling in our store and have come to the conclusion that while we despise the author, we cannot dismiss how important the original seven books have been to not only children’s but adult literature. The very subject of Rowling has sparked many a discussion on human rights as well, and we fully support these discussions being held openly and for learning. At this time, vendor 8225 will continue to stock used copies of the original seven books and that is all. Boulder City Antique Market and vendor 8225 donate 10% of Rowling sales to The Center (LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada) and highly encourage you to check out and support their programs.
